A lovely pub about 20 minute walk away on the canal in Bathampton.

This pub is situated on the Canal in Bathampton , with lovely walks along the canal , great to stop off for lunch after .

Five minutes further down the road from The Mill, located on the canal is The George Inn. Unfortunately it’s now a chain pub, but it is a pretty decent one in all fairness. Again the setting is fabulous. There’s a big garden to the rear but the USP is sitting out front by the canal with a pint of real ale or cider watching the narrowboats chug past. Bliss. The food is okay too. It can also get busy at peak times
