The beach of Floisvos, in front of Paleo Faliro, was one of the most common options for summer excursions, for the residents of old Athens. Today, still free and still easily accessible, it is still an easy solution for swimming near Athens. It is mainly preferred by the elderly and residents of the surrounding areas.

Was established in 2002 with the objective to redesign and rebuild Flisvos Marina in order to provide high-class facilities and services for yachts and mega yachts from around the world. For the first time in Greece, an upscale marina in Flisvos is operating according to top international specifications, accommodating the special needs of mega yachts. Today, the creation of a commercial complex across an area of 3.800 sq.m has been completed offering both yacht owners and visitors from all of Attica numerous dining, shopping and recreational opportunities - all within a natural environment overlooking the blue Mediterranean sea.
