If Seattle is known for anything, this is it. If views are your thing, purchase a ticket and check out the newly renovated observation deck. For an better view that includes the Space Needle, head over to Kerry Park!

The Space Needle is an observation tower in Seattle, Washington, a landmark of the Pacific Northwest, and an icon of Seattle. It was built in the Seattle Center for the 1962 World's Fair, which drew over 2.3 million visitors, when nearly 20,000 people a day used its elevators.

This is the Space Needle, once created for the World's Fair back before you were likely born (since you're using this site, after all!)

Originally built for the 1962 World's Fair, the Space Needle has become a landmark known around the world. Definitely an item to check off the bucket list.
