Not really a hiking trail...only open in the winter for Nordic skiing. It's the best Nordic skiing in the Roaring Fork Valley, hands down! Nordic enthusiasts from around the state and beyond come here to ski.

Only for Cross Country Skiing but one can walk up the road to the left for quite a while and have some stunning mountain views. plus exercise. Once in awhile a vehicle does go by.

Spring gulch offers 13 miles of groomed trails for classic cross country skiers and skate skiers. Gorgeous views of mountain peaks.
