The Adirondack has great coffee and sandwiches. They are located next to Rafferty's set back off of the main road.

Coffee Shop in the Heart of Nisswa. If you want coconut milk lattes they have coconut milk where the other coffee does not last we checked. Many interesting things for sale and plenty of space inside and out to sit and work, read, or people watch.
