If you are looking for something a little different to do and enjoy an adrenaline rush, then Go Ape is definitely worth a visit. From here you can also access Mallards Pike, Cannop Ponds and the Forest of Dean cycle trail. This is about an hour by car from The Annex.

If you want to get your blood pumping a little more, then you’re in luck… Nestled deep within the Forest are some of the best high outdoor activities. Not a fan of heights....well grab life by the handlebars and prepare to be immersed in the dense wildlife as you whizz through the wood on two heavy duty all terrain wheels. Booking in advance is recommended and various different options and packages are on offer at both of their sites. The Mallards Pike site is more adult based than the Beechenhurst site.
