Unassuming inside and out, Happy D’s dumpling and beer bar saves its showiness for its delicious petite food parcels. The modest decor includes a massive faux fish tank backdrop and a neon sign promising ‘Dumplings & Dreams’ just like Tom Cruise’s Cocktail.
