Charlotte and I have eaten at Cafe Soleil several times before and after hiking in Zion National Park. It's conveniently located just outside the park's main entrance and the food was tasty. It's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They offer local grown foods and have vegan/vegetarian options. Hours may vary during the winter season.
