Our property manager Jose Luis Velez, who is most likely the person to meet & greet you during your check-in, is a resident yoga teacher at Casco Yoga. Ask him about joining one of the classes or even better; a private lesson, during your stay. Highly recommended! Jose has practiced Ashtanga Yoga since 2008 and has been studying under the guidance of R. Saraswathi Jois since 2016. He has studied Yoga Philosophy and Sanskrit in Mysore, India. He has also studied Ayurveda with the Vaidya Nixia Lino and Ayurvedic Massage at Suyoga Ayurvedic Massage Center in Mysore, India. Jose travels to Mysore once a year to study, reconnect and learn directly from the source.
