La Sirena is a self-described "slow food" Bistro with roots grounded in New Mexico cuisine. This mother-daughter love creating homecooked meals and supporting local farms as well as a commitment to organic produce, dairy, pastured beef, poultry, pork, and sustainable seafood. La Sirena is truly a Lubbock origional.

Chef Jessica Fultz, native to Lubbock earned her culinary degree at San Francisco's California Culinary Academy in 2012. She moved to Austin as an Executive Chef and returned to Lubbock to open La Sirena in 2016. Eating here is an experience and you can't go wrong!
