Hiking trail with scenic outlook over Lake Michigan. Good for first time hikers all the way up to experienced hikers. Hike as far or as little as you want.

(3.1 miles) a bit longer of a hike, you end at an open dune 356 feet above lake michigan. part of the hike, overlook tail is an accessible path with a stunning overlook.

Take the trail to Baldy Overlook for the definitive best view in northern Michigan. A quick, easy hike that is just over half a mile through the woods each way. This is one of the few spots in the area that is still lesser-known, but it cannot be beaten. Trust me on this one.

best kept secret - this beautiful (not too long) hike takes you on a winding walk to the top of a gorgeous dune allowing sightseeing from arcadia to frankfort.
