After having admired it through our viewpoint we can enter its interior and appreciate its coffered ceilings, decoration, altarpieces and carvings follow the style of the most important churches in the city, together with the San Agustín Chapter Room where its ceiling is shaped like a trough With geometric and floral decoration, here you will find a chair carved in cedar with floral motifs and fully openwork like lace, where the act of independence was signed.

Si estás en el centro histórico, refréscate y tómate un helado en esta cafetería tradicional. En Ecuador hacemos unos helados a los cuales llamamos "helado de paila" son hechos a base de jugo y no tienen crema. If you are in the old town, cool off and have an ice cream in this traditional coffee shop. In Ecuador we make some ice creams which we call "helado de paila" are made with only fruit juice and do not have cream. Try it!
