Before reaching the Arab fortress, the Alcazaba, you pass the Almedina barrio, where a neighbourhood association is at work conserving Almería’s Muslim heritage, the spirit of al-Andalus. This tiny restaurant with courtyard is part of that initiative, and well worth visiting en route to the fort for its legendary limón a la hierbabuena. A LOS PIES DE LA ALCAZABA, Ambiente íntimo, artesanía, sofás y taburetes y mesas bajos en restaurante halal y tetería con dulces árabes.

No te pierdas la limonada casera muy fresquita con limones naturales y hierbabuena. El lugar para visitar por la noche es mágico

Imprescindible hacer parada para degustar un té y dulces o cenar en un ambiente con mucho encanto. En ocasiones organizan conciertos y saraos.

Se trata de un magnífico restaurante y tetería marroquí con vistas a la Alcazaba y la ciudad. También se organizan conciertos en la terraza. No dejéis de probar su limonada fresca y el humus casero.
