Outdoor Barbecue , ( Seasonal ) A very popular place to eat with the locals. There's a pretty park-like area with picnic tables to enjoy your take-out meal. ( No inside seating. )

THE BEST BBQ CHICKEN in the WORLD!! Their ribs are pretty great too. Pete and MJ recommend getting the 1/2 BBQ chicken + 2 ribs platter, with the baked beans and potato salad for sides. Lots of other options too including pulled pork, brisket, hot dogs, Bob's country stew, salt potatoes, corn on the cob, corn bread, coleslaw, macaroni salad, sweet potatoes, and a variety of desserts. Outdoor stand open seasonally - typically late April through early October. You can dine there at picnic tables in a park-like setting, or Pete & MJ recommend getting it take-out, and bring it back to enjoy on the deck of the Song Lake Cabin with some beers or wine. 10 minute drive from the cabin.
