A nice way to see a bit of London, get some information about the sights and get around is a hop-on-hop-off bus, such as The Original. There are a couple different operators, look at a couple to see which one has the best deal for you. They usually have sort of a package deal, with free Thames River Cruise or Walking Tours or buy a ticket for some of the attractions combined: London Eye, Madame Tussaud's, London Dungeon, Sea Life, Shrek Adventure, London Zoo, etc. for a reduced price. Even more budget-friendly: wait at a stop for the No. 15 bus between Tower of London and Trafalgar Square.... Sometimes it is operated with a classic Routemaster bus, the classic old red bus! Maybe you'll have to wait for 10-15 minutes for one to comealong, but it will only be £ 1.50 with your Oyster card! The conductor at the back of the bus is always happy to share some details about the bus and its history!
