My fave yoga studio in New York, anusara style. About 25 min walk away, so not the closest, but worth it. I think $20 for 1-wk unlimited classes for first-time students. abhaya.com

Yoga studio with plenty of classes. New students get 10 days for $20, so if you want to keep up your routine during your visit, this is a great, affordable option.
