Chainsaw art legend Ray E. Murphy (known also as “The Wild Mountain Man”), the inventor of chainsaw art (for real), has been wowing audiences with his death defying creation of chainsaw art since way back in the 1980’s. His shows are 90 minutes long, and you will not be disappointed!

Also known as 'Ray Murphy's Chainsaw Show', this is another interesting place that you'll pass as you head east towards Milbridge. He's located on Route 1 in Hancock, ME and you won't miss the huge American eagle (holding two chainsaws - one in each claw) painted on the side of his metal warehouse. Mr. Murphy has been doing chainsaw art for decades and was even featured in 'Ripley's Believe It or Not' and earned his own question in the 'Trivial Pursuit' game. His shop is usually open June thru September and his shows are often on Saturdays, but you can always look him up and give him a ring.
