They have the best local beer in Amsterdam and it is located inside the Gooyer windmill. Which is the largest windmill of the province.

A local beer brewery. Go there and ask for a tour. They will provide you with fun facts and a beer tasting afterwards. Next to the brewery you can find a windmill which is typically Dutch.
