You can find everything that you need in this markets, from organic restaurants to gluten free bread. Also, they have a restaurant with authentic Panamanian food. Sometimes, outside the market there is a lady selling "bollos" is a corn based food. Do not hesitate and buy one.

The closest and best supermarket in the area. They also serve great, simple and very cheap food in the cafeteria.

Highly recommend Riba Smith. My favorite place to get my groceries. A bit further away but the price and quality are the best.
