Plavi Horizonti beach is situated in a beautiful natural cove and is part sand, part small pebbles. It is one of the few true sandy beaches in the region. It is an ideal beach because the water is completely flat and calm it is shallow for a long way out, gradually deepening very slowly. Once you’re in the sea, it’s soft sand underfoot and beautiful clear water. If you ventured off over to the right towards the rocks at the edge of the cove, the water deepened and there were tons of colourful fish swimming around so don't forget your snorkels and face masks. There’s a bar / restaurant there and shaded wooded area if you need to cool off. Parking is a short walk through the pine trees. We love taking the dogs here in the winter they love runnuing in the beach.

One of Montenegro's few sandy beaches. Its relatively shallow water makes it ideal for families with children. The water is are crisp and clear as you would expect from the very best of Montenegro's beaches. Around the beach you will find paths through pine forests and seaside rocks against which the gentle waves break. The adjacent restaurant also offers a wide range of local dishes at very reasonable prices.

It is an ideal beach because the water is completely flat and calm it is shallow for a long way out, gradually deepening very slowly, so good for young children. Once you’re in the sea, it’s soft sand underfoot and beautiful clear water. We love the walks in the shade of the trees on the paths surounding the bay. There is a beautiful walk to Bigova.
