Arty neighbourhood with a lot of bars and some special ambiance (and cheaper prices than in the center).

Cozy square full of bars/restaurants. It has a daily market and a larger 'apero' afternoon/evening market with nice food trucks on thursdays.

Just below the flat, this great square has bars,restaurants, markets and metro, ready for whatever the weather or mood dictates

You can have a cheap food at one of two marroqui restaurants at the square, also there is relatively cheap sushi place and of course plenty of bars :)
