One of the State's and certainly the Twin Cities least frequented parks. It is located just south of downtown Chaska off State Hwy 169 and near the entrance to the Renaissance Festival entrance. You will most likely not see any other people while out hiking or snow shoeing on "the loop", a 4.5 mile ring around and through various typographical settings. By the way, I HIGHLY recommend doing an "out and back" on your first couple of visits because when we first moved here, Cindy got lost and was cross country skiing for 7 hours before she found her way back! The trails come close to other trails that lead all the way down to St Peter.
