The entryway to Sala Borsa faces the Neptune fountain. It is located in the place where the botanical garden or herb garden created in 1568 by Ulisse Aldrovandi used to be.

This stunning library is located inside Palazzo Accursio, in front of Fontana del Nettuno, and is the city's main public library.
