Call ahead to drop in for a mead tasting and tour of their facility. It's all made from honey, using the methode champenoise. Very cool. You can thank me later.

I haven't visited this meadery yet but I was hoping to the next time I go up to Windsor. I love seeing the photos of their flower fields on Instagram; it looks peaceful and full of nature. And I love honey mead!

Really interesting honey- based wine tasting room with lovely conservatory setting. Great rainy or foggy day visit too.
