The CLOCK TOWER! Get to City Hall before 5pm and walk through the historic building - and use the stairs for a workout, or take the elevator, to the Clock Tower for 360 degree views of SB.

Beautiful Spanish architecture and tile work. The tower is open to the public and offers 360 degree views of the city.

If you hit this during the daytime you can take the elevator to the tower and get the most awesome view of the whole of Santa Barbara. The art and architecture and gardens are beautiful, too.
