“Brunch or lunch you can't go wrong with this Cuban-American spot. Traditional meets modern and never takes itself too seriously. Great for families or a drink to cure your hangover.”
“If Starbucks isn't your thing - you've got to check out Lamplighter. There's a few locations in the Richmond area, but the Roast Lab is my personal favorite. It's not very big, and rarely super busy - but you can get a fancy cold brew handmade by some local hipsters. It's quintessential Richmond... like craft breweries. ”
“With the exception of Legend's ont the Southside, this is the OG brewery that got the micro-brew movement going in Richmond. Their classic, the Single, can't be beaten!”
“Best Fine, Authentic Italian in a casual setting. Easy for lunch. You’ll need reservations for weekend dinner and it will be tight and noisy. I order White Bean & Arugula Salad w/grilled squid & any pasta. Entrees served family style for large groups. Speakeasy style entry-it’s the door and intimidating stairway to the left of “Hibachi Box”. You’ll think you’re wrong-you’re not. Sister restaurants Dinamo & Mama Zu’s are also excellent. ”
