This is our local municipal sports centre with an Olympic sized swimming pool, gym and all sorts of good stuff. The circuit training classes during the week are a good way of maintaining fitness without having to think too much.

15 min walk. There is a really nice sports bar with veranda. Reasonable prices too. I would check out opening times though it may close early.
