Hackney City Farm
Local city farm just a few mins walk and inside Haggerston Park. Great for visit, pick up some fresh eggs and visit the pony, chickens, pigs and donkey. There is also a cafe inside serving good wholesome dishes and home made cakes.
A perfect spot for kids, as they can enjoy being with animals, but even adults can find entertainment, for instance on one of the crafts and arts courses (paid) or in their lovely cafe, Frizzante. Also possibility to buy organic food.
every Thursday evening there is live music in the small bar inside the farm. it's very cosy and they serve good wine and cheese
