If you really want to push the boat out you can treat yourself to a Sussex Cream Tea at the Grand Hotel along the seafront. Brighton's equivalent to tea at the Ritz! Expensive so it is for when you want to spoil yourself.

GB1 seafood restaurant is very good if you'd like oysters and champagne with a sea view. The hotel also offers afternoon teas and a spa. £££
