August E’s is one of Fredericksburg’s most acclaimed fine dining destinations. Sine 2004, they have offered a menu featuring steaks, chops, seafood, and sushi. August E’s uses local and seasonal provisions that are complemented by a curated wine and spirits list. Reservations are recommended however they are able to accommodate walk-in guests on a first come, first served basis.

We love to eat in the bar as well as the restaurant. Excellent food and cocktails in an upscale, modern atmosphere.

Can you say SUSHI? August E's has the best sushi I have ever had. The owner Lou only has the freshest fish flown in daily. Sit at the Sushi bar for and as for the Lou special.

Walking in this fine dining establishment you will think you are in NYC! Great dining plus fresh sushi made to order. Our daughter's art graces the walls and makes for a excellent dining experience.
