You can visit the Guthrie for great views of the Mississippi River, no need to purchase a ticket to a show.

Come and see a show! The Christmas Carol is a favorite, but there are plays all year long. There are restaurants inside the theater and plenty to see and do in the neighborhood before and after a show. I recommend touring the theater and checking out the "endless bridge" inside.

Great place to visit while in downtown Minneapolis, even if you aren't seeing a show. The building offers cool features to enjoy, such as the endless walkway and amber room. With fun outlooks and murals you can easily spend an hour just looking at the architecture and taking pictures. Gold medal park is right next door and in the warmer months it's fun to get ice cream and relax after a show. You'll always have fun seeing a play here while enjoying the before and after.
