Hayden Orpheum Picture Palace
This art deco style Hayden Orpheum Picture Palace, also known and originally as the Cremorne Orpheum Theatre, is a heritage-listed cinema. It's our closest cinema and plays new movies as well as has great events with older movies and fundraisers. Worth the look for an old cinematic experience.
If you have time for a special movie, The Hayden Orpheum Picture Palace is definately the place to visit to see Art Deco Splendor preserved in a modern world with many blockbuster showings. Short 3 minutes drive away.
It is a short walk up to the amazing Art Deco Orpheum so we see a lot of movies
Fancy seeing a movie while you stay here then wander down the road to the Hayden Orpheum to watch the latest movies but in a lovely small ornate cinema.
One of a kind Art Deco Cinema. A movie here is a must for cinema buffs.
“large local pub with several bars and eating options and large courtyard out back under the big old oak tree”
Grocery or Supermarket
“Great food and grocery shopping as well as a cafe/restaurants doing amazing pizzas, you can also sit outside and watch the world go by.”
“Our famed bathers pavilion is great for food and drink year round. Iconic to Mosman, pop in and have a glass or two of wine.”
“This is one of the jewels of Sydney's beach scene and you can easily see why. Balmoral Beach is as expansive as most of the city's ocean beaches, but its harbourside position means it's shielded from winds and big waves, so the calm waters provide a sheltered swimming enclosure and lovely picnic spots.”
