The journey begins by boat crossing the Punta Estrada neighborhood, on the way several salty lagoons, a beach where they rent kayaking and you can snorkel at high tide, at the end of the road Las Grietas. This landscape is made up of interesting fissures of lava, that form two giant walls crossed by an arm of brackish water filtered from the top where it mixes with seawater. The giant cactus is a feature of this landscape. Highly recommended for swimming and snorkeling practice, because of his transparency of its water. This neighborhood has a 24-hour boat taxi leaving from the main pier, at night its restaurants facing the sea complete its beauty.

A beautiful salt water cave system located on the outskirts of Puerto Ayora with crystal clear waters. Great for snorkling and swimming. We recommend you go here at 12 mid day when the sun is straight above and lights up the crystal clear blue water between the cliffs. Access is charged $10 per person.
