Shopping mall by the sea. Good places to eat and can catch the boat to Odaiba. Pretty at night too for a stroll along the pier.

This shopping mall is next to Tokyo Bay where can take water-bus. The wide variety of180 shops includes everything . you can sit on the terrace and have a relaxing meal while gazing over the ocean.
