It’s not every day that we get to appreciate the life of pawikans. This place, along with the whole town of Morong, dedicates its resources and advocates into protecting them. If you’re lucky, you may get the chance to release one of those adorable pawikan hatchlings into the open sea.

The Pawikan Conservation Center is a safe haven for sea turtles. In this Morong Bataan tourist spot, you can watch baby sea turtles hatch and make their way into the ocean, and learn more about the conservation efforts of the organization. If you want to witness the release of the baby sea turtles, it’s best to visit from the months of November to February.
