If you are heading to Warrnambool this place is right on the beach and has a great view and outdoor area.

Situated right on the ocean overlooking Lady Bay and the breakwater. Plenty of space for families and larger groups. Children will be entertained by looking at the boats, the race horses on the beach & maybe even spot Sammy the local seal.

Walk from the cottage down Banyan St to the beach then along the foreshore west to the breakwater and Pavillion Cafe. There are great views and in the mornings you can watch the racehorses train along the sand and in the water. You will often sea seals near the boat ramp and you can walk on to see Middle Island .
