One of my favorites. I highly recommend the Galerie de l'évolution featuring very impressive whale skeletons.
I used to go and play there when I was a kid, as I grew up in the Quartier Latin. My Dad would also bring me and have me read the name of the different "exotic" trees... One of Paris most taken car of garden. You can have a walk or a rest there, visit the greenhouse or the fantastic "Musée de…
Beautiful garden, and the famous museum of natural history is there too. Great for kids!
“Majestic park overlooking the Luxembourg Palace. A visit here is most enjoyable at any time of the year. So much to see: the ducks swimming in front of the enormous Medici Fountain, children sending an armada of small boats across the pond, the parade of sculptures of the queens of France, the manicured Palace gardens. Take a seat and enjoy the people-watching! You can also just relax, enjoy a sandwich or read a book (plenty of chairs and benches). To do some jogging this is also a great place! Free entrance.”

“Emblematic building of the Latin quarter, the Pantheon is not only the last residence of France's great names - Voltaire, Victor Hugo, Jean Moulin, Simone Veil and other history makers are resting in peace here - this is also a very impressive piece of art to walk through. If you look up, you'll be awed by its 3-dome ceiling, letting a zenithal light coming in to exagerate the majestic view if the main room.”
“Some parts of the building are free to access, including the rooftop, with a great view. The restaurant is expensive.”
“Even if you don't want to visit the muséum, it's a nice place the spend the afternoon/evening.”
“Close to the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower, the musée Rodin is one of the most enchanting place in Paris. It is composed of a unique 18th century mansion and a sculptures garden which covers nearly 3 hectares at the very heart of Paris. The perfect harmony of this garden laid out around Rodin’s monuments and the new visitor circuit within the hôtel Biron will make of your visit a highlight of your stay in Paris.”
