An old taberna madrileña where you can try all the typical tapas. If you’re in Madrid during winter (and you like meat) we recommend the cocido, make sure you plan for a nap afterwards :)!

After crossing the small door of hardwood , including its unique illustrated facade, we move to one of the gastronomic temples in Madrid, where you can taste one of the traditional most traditional dishes , such as cocido , but also some tripe Madrid or cod with tomato, among others.

DO NOT HAVE PAELLA in Madrid. Paella is for tourist and never good here. The typical dish in Madrid is "Cocido" and this restaurant offers one of the best in town.

🥘 Malacatin - if you come in winter, this restaurant is a MUST for Cocido, Madrid's traditional winter stew. It's massive, so go on an empty stomach. A very traditional Spanish bar that usually requires a reservation.
