This newly renovated mall is entirely outdoors, and is one of the most beautiful places to spend an afternoon. UTC is the closest mall with just about any shop you could think of. They also have an ice-skating ring.

nice mall all outdoors just like the others, but done nicely; movie theatre ARC light cinemas here, plus an ice skating rink
