This place is famous for its excellent selection of big, tasty salads, and represents a very healthy option if you want a light meal in the centre but are tired of eating pasta or pizza. Having said that, they also serve nice pasta dishes or meat!

Do you feel guilty because you are eating too much pasta and pizza? This is all you need. An historic place, and one of the locations of a popular restaurant franchise famous for its huge variety of salads prepared with the most varied ingredients you can imagine, perhaps accompanied by a hot focaccia with rosemary and a nice glass of chilled white wine... Well, it may happen in the end that vegetables themselves will be a "supporting character" but your conscience will be at peace anyway!

Insalata Ricca is my favourite place for lunch on a sunny saturday. They have more than 30 different type of salad, are very friendly and a large outdoor space for sitting on the street. You may of course eat also other things than salad even if I still recommend salad and bruschetta. Average price is around 15 euro per person.
