A bar and a restaurant with beer and wine from in house as well as fantastic food. We love the perch. It is a lovely drive up Old Mission Peninsula too!
“Mission Point Lighthouse has been a Traverse City and Old Mission Peninsula icon for decades. Located at the north end of a picturesque drive along M-37 through cherry orchards and vineyards, Mission Point Lighthouse stands as a classic piece of Michigan history. While it no longer guides mariners through West Grand Traverse Bay as it did from September 10, 1870 until it was decommissioned in 1933, Mission Point Lighthouse now offers visitors a peek into what life was like around the turn of the century for lighthouse keepers and for others who lived and worked in the area at the time.”
“The Filling Station is located in a historic train station, and its expansive outdoor patio sits on the old platform! They have an awesome selection of local craft beer and make some fantastic diet-inclusive thin-crust pizza.”
“The Little Fleet name comes from the establishment's "little fleet" of food trucks! There is something here for everyone: sushi, burgers, tacos, barbecue, and much more. Their main patio is a lively place any summer night with live music and their main bar serves up some awesome drinks. Their patio is also dog friendly!”
“Patisserie Amie is a fantastic french brunch spot. They make the best waffles, crepes, pancakes, and omelettes! Their lunch foods are great as well and are always changing to fit the season. Patisserie Amie is very popular and they do not take reservations, so expect a bit of a wait. They are more that worth it!”
