Pace Bend Park is a great day trip filled with swimming, hiking, biking, and picnicking. Located on the beautiful Lake Travis, Pace Bend has something for everyone and is definitely worth devoting an entire day to.

This park is an exceptional island-like gem surrounded by Lake Travis. For those with swimming in mind, the east side of the park has the most accessible beaches. Boating is very popular here, so we suggest checking out Mudd Cover and Gracy Cove, which are swimming-only area. With Cliffs on the west side, there are some of the prettiest sunset views!

Great texas state park to visit and have fun near and in the water! Cliff-jump or swim at the 'beach'! Also great BBQ nearby at Opie's BBQ, but get there early or they will sell out! Have fun!
