Looking for a little adventure? At low tide, you can walk to an island! There are trails with views all around or you can pack a lunch and have a picnic. There is an entrance on crowninshield rd.

Accessible by foot for about 1.5 hours on either side of low tide, this island offers stunning views of Salem Sound and Marblehead. A great picnic spot up on the field. There are lovely trails up the wooded hill, but you need to be careful of poison ivy!

Check the tides and make sure to hit it during low tide. There is a little hiking path that goes in it, a grassy area to sit and even a swing in the tree to enjoy. It is dog friendly too!
