Start of the Croton Acqueduct. Good hiking, but the spectacular thing here is the water fall.

Second-largest hand-hewn stone structure in the world, second only to the Giza Pyramids in Egypt—just hike this trailway to enjoy the magnificent Croton Dam spillway and its cascading waterfall at Croton Gorge Park. Hike the trail up to the top of the Aqueduct to see spectacular views overlooking the dam, waterfalls, and the reservoir. The area is part of the Croton Gorge Park and picnic areas abound.
