Lovely parks and woodland. Gnoll park often has free family events which are always fun

Gnoll Estate Country Park, was voted as the Best Picnic spot in Wales 2010 by the Warburtons National Picnic Awards, and is set within 230 acres. The park has retained its history by telling the story of the Mackworth family through the many original features still located within the grounds including four large duck ponds, the two impressive 18th century cascades and the Gnoll House ruins. Whether visitors want to relax with a picnic, feed the ducks or try something more energetic like Gnoll Parkrun and FootGolf; the park has a host of activities and attractions providing a great fun filled day out for all. 25 minute drive from the cottage

my kids love this park. hidden away but on the doorstep of Neath town centre, great country air stunning scenery and history
