Visitor center 'De Hoep' in Castricum is free to visit and located in one of the most beautiful places in North Holland. You can learn about water purification and the dunes of North Holland. 'De Hoep' is also a starting point for some walking routes: wandelnetwerknoordholland nl/startpunten/startpunt-johannas-hof/847

This is only 5 minutes away. You pass by when you go to the beach. Kids love this place!

This centre is great for kids. All kinds of educational games about nature. Its situated in the dunes where you can have the most beautifull walks.
