How to get there: It’s the oldest and most out-of-place building in this ‘hood. Knock twice, but gently -- the structure is a bit flimsy these days.

looks like a hobbit shack about to tip over, in the middle of nowhere urban sprawl run by an eccentric aging artist poet who can recite The Lovesong of J Alfred Prufrock in its entirety.

it's a classic, total dive... the owner is really what makes it great. Could be straight out of east berlin. The place is teetering on the edge of collapse, literally and financially.
