Its not open super late but a great gem tucked away in a business center. Really cool inside, you can see the distillery. Their vodka and gin are really good. A great place for an afternoon drink, a gift bottle of locally produced spirits to take home or a place to chill away from it all.

A bit out of the way towards Aspen but if you like whiskey, vodka, and gin- this is your spot. They also do Distillery Tours!

Awesome distillery about 7 miles from Carbondale. They make vodka, gin, rye, pear brandy and rum from locally sourced ingredients. They offer free tours if arranged in advance.
