Only the finest ingredients are sourced, to create exquisite dishes, starting with delights such as the Chalmar Carpaccio, Szechuan Tuna Loin and the Patagonian Calamari. Mains are in their own league, with Sesame crusted Salmon; Malai Prawn Curry; Dukkah Beef Fillet; Chalmar Beef Sirloin and Indonesian Curry, making our mouths water. A few choice desserts, such as Eton Mess, decadent Cheesecake and Creme Brulee round off this unforgettable dining experience, amongst the trees.
