Great cocktails, good food and atmosphere. Always busy so best to book a table to avoid disappointment.
This gem on the high street always has a good vibe about it. Music is on, but never so loud that you can't converse. Great cocktails and menu with daily specials.
Great locally sourced, seasonal menu. Fantastic wine and cocktail list too (oh no!).
“Dirleton castle is a few miles drive away from Dunbar and is well worth visiting. The Archerfield estate (home of the Renaissance golf course which hosted the Scottish open in 2019) is close by and has an excellent restaurant for breakfast or lunch. They brew their own beer there!”
“Excellent venue for a sit down meal or just a small bite to eat with a glass of wine! Child friendly and free Wifi available. www.oldclubhouse.com”
“Thai restaurant. Best to go on a warm summer evening, and ask for a table in the garden (through the back)”
“Highly recommended. More expensive high end Italian. Always busy so book early to avoid disappointment. ”
“Tantallon castle is owned and run by Historic Scotland and well worth a visit. Afterwards (or before) visit Drift which is very close to the castle. This is a cafe built from shipping containers. As well as great food the views of the sea with the Bass rock close by are spectacular.”
